Who is a writer without projects they might be currently working on or projects they are currently marketing? Well, if you've seen the bibliography or the home page you know what I'm currently marketing: Sketches from the Spanish Mustang, Castles: A Fictional Memoir of a Girl with Scissors, and a collection of short stories titled Regarding Dead Things on the Side of a Road.
So what am I working on? Well, that's what this page is supposed to tell you.
Driving the Spike
Over the next few months, I will be spending a lot of time writing my next novel, Driving the Spike. Driving the Spike follows three brothers caught up in their own lives and the disintegration of the country around them. The novel traces the journey each of them takes--one working for the government, one working against it, and the third--an autistic savant--who doesn't know who to believe.
